This is my dream detector. I have been researching it for a while and have found it to be the best metal detector out there. Your target price should be around 20% off retail on this and most detectors. If your vendor doesn't approach that, you have the wrong vendor, call around. Don't pay what is listed on websites manufacturers forbid advertising prices under list. It is specifically good at finding silver coins through a peppering of nails and aluminium junk. Its weakness is detecting small pieces of gold, maybe designed that way intentionally, as to not hurt the sales of Minelab's $5k gold detectors. . .

Update- 3/2012 To be more specific, I would say it is the best coinshooting metal detector out there. I take back the part about it being intentionally weak on gold to help $5,000 GPX gold detector sales.
