I bought this machine a little over 8 months ago replacing my eureka gold....I am extremely happy with the result too...

I like the fact that I can use it under water as well as on ground..that to me is a major plus. I am a nugget hunter and working in the water is where I'm at most of the time so its great. I have been fortunate to find 3/4 ounce of gold nugeets with this unit to date and I am extremely pleased that I bought it..

This machine and this so called new technology has been out since fall of 2002 - almost 9 years ago

That's not new!

If 9 yrs is new, when does new become old? Never?
